[PROCESS] Info Product Flipping

Posted: October 21st, 2009 | Author: Lance | Filed under: Processes, Site Flipping | Tags: , , | No Comments »

Yessss!  Today, I finished doing the whole Info Product Flipping process.  This one is a doozy.

You can take this bad boy and turn it into cash now.  Like, start with $nnn and by the end of the week have 2 – 3 x $nn.

Now you can see why I’m so stoked.

I also added relative linking for the predefined processes (orange blocks). Now when you click the links, you’ll be taken to a page INSIDE the document, instead of having to go to a totally separate document. The exception to that is the “Start Sale @ Flippa” process. I’ve got to take screen shots and crop them and put them in a DOC & PSD to make them legit.

Anyways, have at it!

Oh yeah, I included a list of niche ideas that I’m planning on using. However, since market saturation is pretty much impossible, feel free to swipe them.

Please, just do something with all this stuff!

Duplicate Content Out, Adsense Empire In

Posted: October 20th, 2009 | Author: Lance | Filed under: Adsense | Tags: , , | No Comments »

Right now I’m looking at scaling up a bit in the Adsense arena, mainly, because of its security. I mean, even though it may take forever to get paid, when it’s not essential to cash flow, having $30,000 per month rolling in the back door can be pretty comforting.

So I was looking through my ole’ external to see what I had on the topic, and ran across two interesting e-books. One was Marc Lindsay & Daniel Turner’s VRE Handbook, which has some solid stuff.  The other was this random e-book called The Duplicate Content Value Maximizer Model by some random dude named “Rebellion.”  Probably some blackhat e-book I grabbed, but very substantial information.  And finally I checked out the Big Daddy his self, Google for what they had to say about duplicate content.

After all, here’s my goals:

  1. Produce sites that serve Adsense ads.
  2. Provide information people are looking for.
  3. Get free traffic.
  4. Be completely legal.

Notice there’s nothing in there about duplicate content.

Why?

It makes no difference to me.

According to these guides, and Google, as long as content is sufficiently unique, it’s no big deal.  That and if it adds value.

What that really means to me is, add a couple of paragraphs that help.

So, I’m going to do a test with a group of 15 sites and see how they do.

My guess is, they’ll turn into little earners pushing out $1-$2 per day.

Now, you may be asking yourself, what about if you want to flip them?

Answer: Hit up Need-an-Article for 5 uniques, and paste them in the site.  Completely disclose content sources and sell mainly on the earnings, traffic, and ranking in the SERPs.

Let you know how it all goes, and what the deal is.

[PROCESS] – The Money is in the List

You’ve probably heard. List building is crucial to creating a lasting business.

Here’s the process map I have my people use for every new site that I want to have a list along with it. Plus the plug-in I modified to make integrating ProSender in with WordPress unbelievably easy.

Oh yeah, and the exact files I send my outsourcers to make sure there’s absolutely zippo confusion. Devil is in the details.

[PROCESS] – A Process for the Process

Posted: October 14th, 2009 | Author: Lance | Filed under: General, Processes | Tags: , , | No Comments »

There’s got to be some standard way to begin projects.

Without the view of the “bigger picture” it’s easy to create a lot… a lot of nothing.  Everything will be splintered and have nothing to do with accomplishing your goals.

Here’s the process I run ideas through to see if they’re going to become projects.

Houston, We Have Lift Off

I’ve got to say, this definitely has all of the “pssazz” of a new idea.

Right now, I’m in between classes (test in Engineering @ 4PM), but this is really looking like a project I’ll enjoy doing, and will help people out.

Basically, I’m going to take a lot of the information out there on Internet Marketing and break them down into processes, so I can outsource them, and hand them to other people looking to add an additional dimension to their business.

Finally, a use for those hundreds of e-courses sitting on my hard drive.  It’s going to be extremely exciting!  Now, I can cut out all of the fluff that marketers throw in just to make a product seem more valuable and focus 100% on action.

Who knows, maybe it’ll even help someone!
