There’s got to be some standard way to begin projects.

Without the view of the “bigger picture” it’s easy to create a lot… a lot of nothing.  Everything will be splintered and have nothing to do with accomplishing your goals.

Here’s the process I run ideas through to see if they’re going to become projects.
